Sleepaway Camp Trunk Packing in Your Home
Let me handle the packing. I’ll come to your home and carefully pack each trunk with everything your child needs for camp. All the items from our discussions and your packing list will be organized and ready to go. I’ll pack everything, ensuring that clothes are neatly folded, toiletry items are sealed (no leaks from body wash!), and favorite comforts like blankets or stuffed animals are included so your child feels at home. I’ll efficiently pack the trunks, making unpacking at camp a breeze. If your tween or teen wants to be part of the process, I’m happy to involve them.

Prefer to pack your child’s trunk yourself? I offer a personalized phone or Zoom packing consultation session to guide you through the process. Yes! My services are available for kids attending camp for as short as one week, or as long as seven weeks.

This is a detailed, hands-on service where I pack the clothes, bedding, toiletries, sporting equipment, along with any additional items including drawers, fans, batteries, sticky tak, etc. All items are expertly and efficiently packed into the trunks so your child and child’s counselor can access it easily. I provide the packing materials (think storage bags, tape, sharpies, and bubble wrap).

Yes! If you’re planning a vacation, heading off to college, or have another packing situation, reach out to discuss your needs.

I do not label each individual item, that is up to you to handle. I label the packing materials as they go into the trunk. For example, all bedding will be packed in a large storage bag. And marked “Bedding”, toiletries and shower caddy will be wrapped and sealed so there’s no leakage and then marked “Toiletries”. This process will be the same for their t-shirts, bathing suits, sporting equipment, etc. This will make the unpacking seamless.
